“Welcoming, homely hotel”

Breakfast was very good, the staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive, and the place felt homely. Even though it was in a somewhat remote area, we walked to a great restaurant on the other side of the river and enjoyed a nice park to stroll through. There was an interesting room where you could sit and have a drink, with an honesty system where you wrote down what you’d had; it was a great idea, though the room was a touch overcrowded with dark furniture and could be made a little more appealing. There wasn’t much to dislike; the location was a little remote but the hotel’s parking facility was very good. Don’t expect 5‑star luxury, but it’s a solid, welcoming place to stay.

“SUPER SÉJOUR DANS UN HÔTEL TRÈS AGRÉABLE”

The place was spotless, a rarity, and the welcome was warm and friendly. The staff gave clear instructions and useful information about how the hotel works. The room décor and furniture were harmonious, the bedding was excellent, and the TV was big. A small fridge, a desk with a chair, a pouf, bedside tables, and well‑placed switches and sockets were all there. The bathroom and toilet were separate, a closet in the hallway, hangers, a fan, extra pillows, and fragrant towels. There was a tiny electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets and mugs, a bench specifically for the luggage, double curtains, and hooks at the room entrance. I trusted the bar’s self‑serve system entirely, noting what I drank on a sheet when the staff were absent. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect 🙂
