The location was good, the grounds were beautiful, the staff polite, the beach liked, dinners very good. Animation was weak. The room cleaner refused to wait 5 minutes for us to leave the room and left, only returning the next day. There were not enough pancakes at breakfast.

The staff were smiling and helpful, the kids were very satisfied, the food tasty, the animations fine. We recommend.

The rooms are nice and clean with air conditioning which made a huge difference as it was very hot The staff are super friendly and helpful nothing is too much for them Great place for families with kids. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like it’s great all around

The hotel looked decent and the staff were friendly, but the food was cheap, kid‑menu style and basically nonexistent, the beach was far—about 1600 m away and only equipped with a few deck chairs, there was nothing on the shore, the beach shuttle ran off‑schedule and the huge property only had a single 15‑person bus, so most guests ended up hanging out by the pool.
