The staff, rooms, and facilities were all top‑class, and I especially appreciated the extra care from Stephen and Enzo.

I stayed in the hotel’s pods and it was a super experience! The meals at the gourmet restaurant were beautiful dishes, with very refined cuisine. The hotel staff were numerous and highly dedicated to the guests, everything was perfect.

The igloo was truly surprising and very comfortable. The spa was genuinely high quality with a nice relaxation area. The meal at the base camp restaurant offered excellent value for money. The staff were charming and always attentive, and there was nothing to complain about.
