The location was great, surrounded by many restaurants and bustling activity, making it easy to reach, though parking was a bit tricky because the area is pedestrian‑only. The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was the usual Italian fare but the coffee was excellent, and the strict arrival time added a little extra stress to the check‑in process.

I stayed in a spot that was spot on and the location was great. The only hiccup was that they never mentioned breakfast was included; over three days we got different things and it was weird that the same staff didn’t know it was part of the package. They even charged me for an orange juice.
