The staff were very pleasant and always cheerful, the location is excellent – just a 4‑minute walk to the tram, breakfast was okay and varied, the 24‑hour check‑in service was great and they kept my bags after check‑out. I loved it. Nothing to point out, maybe the air‑conditioning that couldn’t be adjusted, but nothing extraordinary.

The hotel’s location is top, and it’s not my first time staying here when I visit Bordeaux. The staff listen well and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness (hair) was an issue, the parking fee has risen considerably, and the room itself had a homeless person outside the parking entrance, which was not very reassuring.

The hotel is functional, fully equipped but without any frills. The parking is comfortable and spacious, though it costs 17 euros per night. It’s about 20 minutes from the city centre; the location isn’t bad, but it’s not the best either.
