The taste and quality of the decor were excellent. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and kind. The location was unbeatable! I loved everything.

The space was really cool and made me want to get intimate. But the hotel felt soulless, with plastic flowers that were nice but still fake, and a poorly arranged dining area where the buffet should have been next to the kitchen to make it easier to pull plates. There was no fountain, and they immediately pushed their new pastry shop to us as soon as we arrived—just a sales pitch. We didn’t have a view, yet there were a bunch of mega‑tourist spots around that were outrageously expensive and where we got ripped off. Everything was kitschy and lacked design, and it was expensive too. I wouldn’t stay again, but I did manage to pay all that money without my pulse trembling. Cleaning was lacking in both the dining room and the room itself, and the bathroom smelled like pipes.

Tot! Tot el personal és molt amable. Molt ben situat davant mateix la basílica de sant Esteve. L’habitació era molt gran i còmoda. Ens van donar uns vales per a una beguda de benvinguda al bar de l’hotel a l’arribar. Res

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were terrific, especially Blanca at the front desk. The location was right across from St. Stephan’s Basilica, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside the front door. I had a room with a view of the Basilica. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, the coffee machines weren’t as good as those at other hotels I’ve stayed at, and more staff were needed for breakfast.
