I loved the location, being close to downtown Gramado yet far from the vuco vuco. The showers could have had a shower head, because it would have been easier for the child to bathe. Otherwise, great.

Rooms were spotless and smelled nice, staff were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great.

The staff were attentive and helpful, but the shower water was a bit cold.

Everything was great, no complaints at all. The tolls were wonderful and I'd definitely come back.

I loved everything! The lodge feels like home, cozy and well kept. The scenery was beautiful, service was top, breakfast delicious. We even got a ride to Gramado center from the staff. It was a great stay, would definitely return and recommend.
