The caretaker was very friendly, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was the best – I’d definitely return when I can. Overall, the service was surprisingly satisfying for the low price. The only drawback was that the TV in the room didn’t have YouTube, while the dining area outside did, so guests who want to watch YouTube shows would appreciate having it in the room too.

The location was perfect, the staff friendly, and the facilities good. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the sauna; we were told it takes 3–4 hours to heat up. We were willing to wait, but later we were told it would need even more time.

Everything was super clean, well equipped, and the room was big, nice, and comfortable. The staff ran into some administrative problems – payment and arrangements were difficult.

The small cottages with a cozy courtyard are close to the center of Tsakhkadzor (2 minutes by car) and 10 minutes from the lift. The area itself isn’t remarkable. In the courtyard there’s a parking space, barbecue grills, a gazebo, and swings for children. Our cottage was small, with two bedrooms plus a living‑kitchen. The kitchen has everything for cooking. The Wi‑Fi is fast. There’s a large TV. The room is warm and hot water is reliable. The downside is the view from the windows (looking at a neighboring fence) is probably not the best in Tsakhkadzor, and walking to the center in winter isn’t very convenient.
