Perched at 1,400 m in Val Passiria, the family‑run Mountain Lodge Prennanger lies 15 km from Schenna. Alpine‑styled rooms feature traditional décor, private bathrooms, satellite TV and many balconies overlooking the valley. The on‑site restaurant serves South Tyrolean specialties, with buffet breakfast on a panoramic terrace.

The location and valley view are extraordinary, a beautiful natural spectacle at any time of day. The infinity pool and the small but fine wellness area are very well designed. The food is very delicious. We’ll gladly come back. The small double room is really tiny; depending on how big the luggage is, the space becomes very tight. Next time we’ll choose one of the larger rooms.

Incredibly beautiful sauna and pool with a view, done with great attention to detail. Very good food. The drive from Schenna was exciting (at least for city dwellers); next time we’ll take the gondola up.
