It was good that laundry could be done. The washer and dryer are free to use. The place feels more like a motel that attracts couples than tourists, and the bathtub is next to the bed, which is a bit awkward.

The location was convenient enough for where I needed to go and what I needed to do. My room was not clean; there was hair on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. Toilet paper hadn’t been replaced and there was no extra roll. Mold covered all the shower tiles. A second sink and shower heads didn’t work. The layout was odd and didn’t make good use of space. Tile floors were cold and not cozy. The tub next to the bed was strange. The window didn’t open fully (sliding doors covered it). The bed was dirty, sheets were stained, and the mattress was uncomfortable. A condom was included in the bathroom kit, so maybe I didn’t realize what kind of hotel I booked. It was way overpriced.

The floor in the room was tile, cleaner than carpet. The location was far from the airport, and transportation wasn’t available as advertised. I arrived late and was told to get a taxi by hotel staff. When I checked out after one night, I was told transport was only available for stays of three nights or more, and that wasn’t stated. Breakfast was terrible. Food had no labels, and I have a shellfish allergy, so I was very careful. I only had toast and coffee. The selection was very limited and the food didn’t look fresh.

I loved everything, especially the massage bed, and I hate that there was no other type of bed.

Convenient location with some communication challenges The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is right next to coffee shops, GS25, 7-Eleven, E-Mart, and other small stores, which made everything very easy. There is also a bus stop nearby, which was very helpful. The metro station is about a 15-minute walk away — a bit far, but still manageable. The washing machine is free to use, which was great. You just need to buy a one-time detergent packet. That was very convenient for longer stays. One challenge was that some staff members do not speak English, so it was difficult when we asked to have our room cleaned. After that, we used Google Translate to avoid misunderstandings, which helped. The atmosphere of the hotel felt more like a place for couples — the lighting is quite dim and the overall vibe seems more suited for a romantic stay. Because of that, I personally felt it was not the most ideal place to stay with a child. The room temperature was inconsistent — sometimes cold — and there were no clear instructions on how to adjust the heating, which made it uncomfortable at times. Also, room service appeared to be available only for native Korean guests, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable when we wanted to order food to our room. Overall, the location and laundry facilities were strong positives, but communication and family-friendliness could be improved.
