The resort is decent overall, offering a good variety of food and plenty of facilities. Bartenders were especially friendly and pleasant, and the stay was generally comfortable—nothing extraordinary. However, some service aspects could improve, notably the condescending attitude from certain Russian‑speaking staff. The restaurant had an unpleasant “canteen” smell near the entrance, which dampened the appetite. More seriously, maintenance problems appeared in both rooms: my mother’s room had poor drainage, and my own room had a loose overhead shower. During the night I kept hearing scratching noises from the ventilation, seriously disrupting my sleep. For a hotel of this level, I would expect better room maintenance and a greater focus on guests’ sleep quality.

Everything was great! The room was fantastic, the food was beyond praise, the spa was decent, and the evening dance shows deserved separate applause!!! The only thing I think needs adding is a beach bar.

I really liked the hotel: the food was delicious, the selection was large and varied, and the staff were friendly. The animation was good, especially in the kids’ club, and I’d like to highlight the animator Nikolay. The hotel is small, but the grounds are beautiful and well‑maintained, and the rooms are clean, though not very new. Overall we enjoyed everything and would gladly return. This isn’t a negative for the hotel, but there was a strange situation during check‑in. We booked through Booking, but not directly—my friend booked because we didn’t have an international card. The front desk refused to check us in because… drumroll… the reservation wasn’t made by us 😂😂😂, even though the guest names matched ours. We’ve traveled a lot, but this was the first time we encountered such a thing. After a long back‑and‑forth, we were finally checked in. Apparently the reception staff were not competent enough.
