The hotel features simply decorated rooms with electric kettles and private bathrooms. Breakfast baskets are available on request. The property is close to Italie 2 shopping centre, Cité Universitaire, and Luxembourg Gardens, with Corvisart Metro Station just 300 metres away.

The neighbourhood is quiet and the hotel sits just 3 minutes from Place d'Italie. However, when we arrived there was no one at the reception, and the same was true when we checked out. The sheets felt questionable – we found hair and/or fur in the bed – and both the toilet and radiator were leaking. There was no breakfast served.

Ubicación y amabilidad. Habitación vieja, ducha dañada, almohadas incómodas. No hubo a diario té ni café en la habitación como lo habían dicho al llegar. Iluminación de habitación y pasillos pésima. Me retuvieron un dinero en mi tarjeta y eso en booking no se había anunciado. En ningún otro hotel nos pasa eso. Y hoteles mucho mejores
