The Caravan offers a balcony and patio with garden views plus a private kitchen. It sleeps six guests, provides one crib, and includes a sofa, dining table, clothes rack, ironing facilities, iron, hand sanitiser, outdoor furniture and a private entrance. The private bathroom is equipped with a bath or shower, toilet, toilet paper and a hairdryer. Heating, a flat‑screen TV, free Wi‑Fi, DVD player, board games, books, and kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle complete the room.

We were greeted warmly right from the start, the place was spotless, and the on‑site location was unbeatable.

The location was perfect for visiting a friend in Burnham, and the accommodation was easy to reach and supplied everything we needed. However, I wasn’t sure the heating worked correctly; the hot water was great, but the radiators stayed cold even on chilly mornings. The owner inspected it and said it was functioning properly.
