The location is perfect. Just at the entrance to the area of lake Uzungol, which is a walking distance away with all the cafes and restaurants. The room is cozy and its view is magnificent. There is a free parking on site. The staff members are decent. The A/C works perfectly. There is a kettle with tea offered. Almost everything else! I was in room 106, which is a front view with a balcony. The room is small, and needs to be overhauled. The door swing is broken and blocks the full opening of the door. The bathroom shower stall insulation is worn off and once you use the shower, the whole bathroom floor gets flooded. The toilet sprinkler does not work, and the hose next to it is missing its nozzle. The TV has only 3 functioning channels with signal. The fridge took two days to cool a water bottle. I caught a spider in the room, and in the balcony, on the banister, there was a spider web with flies trapped in it. The room was not cleaned during our 48 hour stay, and no fresh towels were offered. The breakfast was very basic: cheese, boiled eggs, french fries, corn flakes, vegetables and pickles, jams and halwa, and tea
