The welcome was warm. The room was recent and clean, and for the price it was impeccable! The bathroom in the room was small but very good. The kitchen that was available was well equipped but a bit dated, and we only missed an electric kettle.

Location and cleanliness. The facilities were a bit old, some repairs could improve, but overall it was fine.

The bed was comfortable. First, the initial room we were given was very shabby and even the mattress cover was scorched. To top it off, we tried to leave the room and got locked in (though they were quick to move us to another room after that). Also, the app clearly listed the stay as having a "private kitchen". When I mentioned this to the manager, her reply was rude and unprofessional, telling us in a bad tone that for the price we paid a private kitchen was impossible. Customer service was awful and incident handling was unprofessional for a lodging. Not recommended.
