“Très bon hôtel que je recommanderais”

The location, the view, the suite, the attentive staff. Nothing to complain about.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing luxury stay at Ciel Dubai Marina! Ciel Dubai Marina ranks among the most stunning and opulent hotels we've ever visited. Every detail was superb, from the facilities to the food and the outstanding hospitality. 🍽️ Food & Dining: The meals were absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options. Two restaurants offered a great selection of dishes, and the ice cream and other treats were fantastic! 🥂 The Nest Club Lounge: A highlight of our visit! During certain hours they served an open buffet with nuts, drinks, snacks, and a variety of treats, which added a wonderful touch. 🌊 Room & View: We stayed on the 68th floor, and the view was breathtaking! Our room faced the sea and Ain Dubai, making the experience even more special. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. ❤️ Exceptional Staff & Hospitality: The staff were truly wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Traveling with our three‑month‑old daughter, they were incredibly sweet, playing with her, holding her, smiling, and making her feel special. On our last day they even surprised us with a complimentary perfume gift, a thoughtful and lovely gesture. Overall: An outstanding luxury hotel with delicious food, breathtaking views, excellent service, and genuinely caring staff. We had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend Ciel Dubai Marina to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️

“Unique , stylish modern hotel blow your mind”

From the moment we stepped through the doors, this is a hotel of great style and elegance, built with unique architectural features; the staff, management, and everyone involved are trained and experienced to the highest standards of care and quality that far surpass any other hotels. The rooms are of exceptional quality, higher than any other hotel. The leisure and relaxation facilities, the spa and pool areas are unique, and the restaurants are on another level—you have to see it for yourself to appreciate the quality. I look forward to returning again soon. Leaving was hard; this is a top hotel.

I really appreciated how welcoming, hospitable, and helpful the staff were. There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel corridors, and some toiletries, especially the moisturizing creams, seemed to have been used and were not replaced. I hope the hotel can improve these areas to provide a better guest experience.
