Lotus Aroma Sapa Hotel

The hotel’s location was excellent—not exactly in the center, which was an advantage for me, but close to the night market and surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and shops. I requested a quiet room, so I didn’t hear any street noise. The room was large with a big balcony. The shower also had a bathtub and a shower head. Breakfast was fine. The hotel manager was very nice and happy to help with any issue. We arrived at night and had informed the hotel in advance to receive us, but when we arrived with our luggage no one helped us or approached us. Also, the website claims there is a gym and a kids’ playroom—unfortunately, there is only half a room with a few weights and no playroom for children, which is very disappointing.

Beautiful rooms in a stunning hotel, and it’s also situated in a lovely spot. The breakfast could have been better.

The place was spotless and comfy, and the 24‑hour check‑in made it super easy to arrive late from Ha Giang. The street was a bit noisy, but otherwise everything was fine.

“I highly recommend this hotel”

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in front of the bustling public market. The rooms are spacious enough for two people, and the breakfast spread is incredible with a wide variety of options. However, we did end up with a bathtub instead of the walk-in shower we were hoping for, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, we should have requested a room with a walk-in shower in the first place.
