The hotel is in a strategic spot in Marrakesh: 5 minutes from Jamaa el‑Fna square and 10–15 minutes from the various palaces of the medina. When we arrived, they greeted us with their typical tea and gave a brief rundown of nearby attractions and how to reach them. The room was very clean and spacious, including the bathroom. Breakfast was good with local products. We were very satisfied, and the staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions.

The communication before and during our visit was top‑class, with staff who were incredibly conscientious, kind, polite and very accommodating. The newly renovated space was beautiful, the shower was hot and great with an attached nozzle, and everything was changed daily by the sweet staff. Hamza, a hard‑working gentleman, attended every need genuinely and happily. The location was perfect, close to everything. The bed was firm, but the sleep was great and the place was very quiet.

“Good stay for a few nights”

The location was easily accessible from the main road, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was delicious. We arrived very late at night and the staff who checked us in ensured that we had everything, even offering a welcome drink and snack. The room’s aircon did not work properly and the room faced the hallway/courtyard.
