The people you meet here are very eager to make your holiday sweet, friendly, helpful, and always reachable; Alessandra & Bruno were always available and tried hard to meet our wishes, from travel tips to restaurant recommendations to charging the electric car, everything was handled within minutes to our satisfaction. The ladies at breakfast always tried to fulfill every wish with great friendliness. The location is very exclusive, above the city amid an olive grove, bringing a lot of quiet, relaxation, and a grand evening backdrop. Breakfast is wonderfully varied, with selected cheeses, ham, olive oil with rolls, sweet treats like croissants, cakes, and yogurt with fruit and juices ready; special requests like eggs and various coffee options can be ordered. The setting is stylish, modern, and kept pleasantly small because there aren't many rooms. The rooms are high‑level with modern furnishings, ample space, superb air‑conditioning, and protected from sun and insects; comfortable beds and a pleasant lift even for allergy sufferers bring restful nights despite hot summer temperatures. Charging the Tesla was no problem and an important factor for us; the parking and charging station are inside the fenced grounds, giving a good sense of security. The garden and pool are well maintained, offering a natural, refined atmosphere for relaxing; grapes, mandarin trees, olive trees, and plenty of nature give a Tuscan feel. Alessandra’s trip suggestions were spot on, as Montecatoni Alto and the local thermal baths are truly impressive and charming. Lucca is a gem of Tuscany and everything is quickly reachable within 20–30 minutes.
