“Cleanliness requires major improvements”
I loved the spot and the bed felt great after that 11‑hour drive, but the room smelled like smoke because the neighbour was smoking outside his door and the odor drifted in. I also found a cup under the bathroom basin with hair—possibly pubic hair—which made me question whether the cleaners were just wiping down instead of washing properly. It seemed like the same towel might be used to clean the sink, mirror, bathroom, and cups, which was unsettling.
