I appreciated the wide selection at the oatmeal, toast, and cereal bars, though the breakfast overall was just okay; a few more hot dishes that weren't pre‑frozen would have made it better.

The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean.

The location was excellent and the atmosphere was nice, but we never received room service even after asking the manager and the head of cleaning three times.

The Bluetooth music feature was a plus, but the waffle maker was broken.

Checking in was smooth, the rooms were close together as requested, and everything was very clean with comfortable beds; the location was convenient for getting to Shakopee for the Renaissance Festival, and when we needed extra blankets the staff promptly delivered them to our room—overall a great place to stay.
