The staff were very friendly and accommodating, yet there was noise coming from the floor above.

The location was good, but the air conditioner was loud.

The staff were friendly, but I had to wait a while for someone to arrive—perhaps they were short staffed. The price was high compared to other places in Lubbock, but theirs was still better than most.
