The breakfast was decent, but the staff kept waiting for the trays to empty and refill them, causing shortages and long lines. When I mentioned to reception that the foam had run out on 14/10/2026 at 2000 hours and I wanted it refilled that night, it didn’t happen and it wasn’t refilled until the next day when I told the maid; the previous night, 15/10/2026, when I entered the bathroom there was no foam and I had to use handwash instead. There was no phone in the room to update reception about the refilling, which finally occurred on Friday 16/10/2026 in the morning after I personally informed the maid again.

It’s a walk‑distance spot in the center, but the bed on the first night was terrible; after we complained they swapped rooms and it was fine.

“An uncomfortable stay with rude staff, poor service, and outdated, faulty bathroom facilities.”

The spot was handy, but the stay fell far short of what I’d hoped. The bed was a nightmare, and the staff came off as rude and unskilled. Service lagged, and everything felt dated and worn. The bathroom was a disaster: the exhaust fan barely worked, the tub looked ancient, and the toilet was broken. In short, the hotel failed on comfort, cleanliness, and service.

Everything was perfect, we’d always choose this location, it’s central and close to everything, clean, good breakfast, and the price is affordable.

“Disappointed”

The staff were polite and the location great, but parking was a bit of an issue. The hotel and room didn’t match the photos: the room was dark, poorly lit, unrenovated, and the bathroom looked dirty; the view from my room was awful and there were abandoned wooden pallets.
