Located in central Paris, La Maison de Léa sits a 7‑minute walk from Bastille and offers contemporary B&B rooms accessed through a private entrance. Each uniquely decorated suite features flat‑screen cable TV, free Wi‑Fi, and a private bathroom with shower and toiletries. Guests enjoy a hot breakfast of ham, cheese and pastries, with nearby restaurants, Bréguet‑Sabin Metro (5 min) and direct links to Opéra Garnier, Champs‑Élysées, Louvre, and Père Lachaise (15 min).

The place is brand new, spotless and quiet. Caroline is a super welcoming host who makes you feel right at home. Breakfast is excellent, both sweet and savory. The location is perfect for a stay in Paris; every spot is reachable quickly. In the evenings, there are plenty of venues. Personally, after 22:00 and until 01:30, head to “Pizzeria da Vito” nearby, walk in, cross the venue, then the warehouse, and you’ll be surprised!

The spot was superb, within walking distance of two metro stations, and there were plenty of restaurants, boulangeries, and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping. Caroline is a fantastic host, helpful and understanding—couldn’t have asked for better. We hope to return someday. The only downside was that the toilet, shower, and sink were in separate rooms, but that didn’t diminish our amazing stay.

The location and the host are great. The only drawback is that you have to climb a staircase with slightly uneven steps.

The host is charming and very kind. The breakfast is of high quality. The location is excellent, just two minutes from three metro lines. Highly recommended.
