“Overall, we were disappointed”
The location was good and the rooms were comfortable, but the $50 upcharge for our small dog felt outrageous. We’ve stayed in many hotels with well‑behaved pets that don’t bark or leave messes, so the fee was a surprise that would have changed our decision if we’d known it at check‑in. The front desk clerk didn’t mention the fee when we arrived. The night before we stayed at another IHG property an hour away, where the pet fee was only $30, they offered a full complimentary breakfast, and the price was $50 lower. We didn’t book either stay online.
