NOVA LUXE Hotel & Residences

“המחיר נוח , וחוץ מיזה הכל היה נורא לא נחזור לשם .”

The location fit our needs, but the AC never turned on to heat, so it was freezing at night. The shower had a very weak flow for two days, and we had to find an alternate shower until they fixed it in our room. Over all four days, the sheets were never changed, and they didn't even vacuum the carpet. On top of that, the hotel sits right next to a stream that smells awful, and as soon as you step onto the balcony you can smell it.

We liked the spot—close to the sea, restaurants, and parking. The room was spacious. However, it wasn’t clean enough, the blanket was poor quality, and the bed linens were synthetic.

When we got there, they told us we’d booked a room with two separate beds, but they swapped us into a room with a single double bed for an extra fee. The room was the same size, but the housekeeping system wasn’t updated, so the cleaners never came. I had to remind them each time. The smart lock was confusing and required an employee to explain it. Every guest I met had the same issue. The bathroom always smelled like cigarettes, even though we didn’t smoke; the scent leaked through a vent in the ceiling. The hotel is inside another hotel, with the entrance on the side.

The hotel seemed decent at first glance for its price, but during my stay the lack of a washing machine and laundry service made it impossible to stay longer than three days without having to find a laundromat elsewhere. In my room the lights were cut off, the door card worked poorly, and at night the sewage cleaning left a terrible stench. They only changed the bedding every other day.
