The staff were very helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and bath were relatively clean, with no unpleasant odors. However, I was assigned the top bed, and the guest below used the steps to reach the top for his clothes, making it difficult for me to climb up and down without stepping on his belongings. The air conditioner sometimes wasn't as cold as it could be, and the bathroom occasionally wasn't as tidy as it should be after other guests.
