Wi‑Fi was good and the city was close; restaurants were within walking distance. It was clean and worth the price.

The value for money was great. It was an easily accessible location with plenty of things around. The room was comfortable and the toilet/bathroom were very neat. The communication was a challenge; it was hard to get the staff to respond, and I had to call on WhatsApp because I got no reply either here or via WhatsApp.

Scammers! When booking, they asked me to pay 3000 som via transfer, I paid, an hour later they said the 3000 som didn’t arrive, then told me to pay 3080 som or the booking would be canceled, I paid the second time, my bank said both transfers were 100% delivered to the recipient, they didn’t acknowledge the first payment for a week, and when I tried to report fraud to the police they immediately refunded the first 3000 som. In the end, they trick tourists! The hotel is in a residential building, there is no toilet or bathroom in the rooms, only a shared bathroom in terrible condition. It’s better to pay a little more for a more comfortable stay.

The beds are comfy. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, the taxi we had arranged didn’t arrive, and when we got to the hotel they were not aware of our booking. We were then given a double bed for 3 people with dirty sheets.

We left our bags for a couple of days without a problem. 1) Last night, we stayed only till 11 pm, but they asked for the full price, even when they have a lower price only for the night on their price list. This was greedy. 2) Room prices on Booking were lower than on the normal price list. When you book through app they accept lower prices, when I would like to stay longer, the price is higher
