The staff and the kitchen are excellent. Finding such a team takes a long time. They are very courteous.

“Schöne Möglichkeit für Radtouren zwischen Schlei und Flensburger Förde.”

The food is good, the breakfast is great, and the atmosphere is friendly. The staff are very nice and dedicated 👍 The bike shed is safe and dry 🍀 However, the courtyard and other areas are somewhat shabby and untidy… it’s clear that there is a shortage of staff. This explains why the price is quite high.

“Alles da, was nötig war und dazu eine nette Atmosphäre.”

The hotel is wonderfully central, very personal and relaxed. The breakfast was exceptionally good, and my room was on a quiet side of the building. Unfortunately, there were no coat hooks or hangers in my room, and the night‑stand lamp switch was hidden behind the bed frame, though it was not disastrous and I could manage.

“Wir waren mittlerweile sechsmal da und kommen immer wieder gerne”

The staff were very friendly, even offering to carry my suitcase. Breakfast was good and plentiful, the beds were comfortable, the shower was large and senior‑friendly, and the dinner at the restaurant was fantastic.

The buffet breakfast looked appealing, and the dinner was plentiful and very tasty. The room wasn’t cleaned; the “intern” shouldn’t have been standing at the counter and didn’t do much right. The host/chef was a bit rough, sometimes rude.
