The location was the main attraction for us since we came for an event at the Dome of America, but the room wasn’t set up as requested, had only ONE trash can, the iron didn’t work well, and there was no hair dryer.

The hotel’s location relative to the convention center was fine, but the breakfast buffet staff were severely understaffed, with too many people for the amount of food prepared; they clearly weren’t expecting or prepared for the event, and the facilities had many deferred maintenance issues.
