Everything was bad.

Nothing good. Everything extra was charged, even the remote for the AC that was already in the room, and paper cups cost 5 baht.

The owners were ok, but they scammed me. No hot water, toilets didn't flush, and I didn't get the room I paid for. The Thai sign above the door said I should have received an air‑conditioned room. I was with my five‑year‑old child. They even tried to cancel my reservation and charge me double the listed rate. It was 5 am, so I didn’t fight it. The advertising was false. The rooms were dirty, there was no Wi‑Fi, and the amenities they showed were a joke. Don’t book here!
