The verbal skills of the reception, as well as the presence, the conveyance of a welcoming feeling. It seems as if they are in virtual reality with their thoughts. Not present. A robot would be a solution.

Check‑in was smooth, the staff were friendly and helpful. The décor was beautiful. Nothing else.

The spot is great, rooms are clean and spacious, service is solid. It’s cool that the skybar is up in the building with nice views, but the smell of fries oil in the evening was pretty off-putting, even though they’re making snacks.
