No breakfast. The front‑desk staff were unfriendly.

We liked the hotel’s location, right next to the MRT, a bus stop, and plenty of restaurants. The room service was poor, the furniture in the rooms was very old, the toiletries were awful and never refilled during our 5‑day, 4‑night stay, and the toilet door couldn’t lock!

The location was fine and easy to reach by metro, and close to tasty local eateries and markets. The room was stuffy and the beds were old. Linen was clean, but the room itself was dirty. The carpet was musty and filthy. The bathroom was very outdated. A door frame literally fell off at the entrance. The front‑desk staff were completely uninterested, hiding behind a screen. They couldn’t say a proper good morning.
