The location was good, the room comfortable, and the balcony looked out onto the street, which I liked. Breakfast only offered good Pho or eggs, nothing else; both were fine but not particularly exciting.

The bathtub was a plus, but breakfast fell short of what the price promised. The hotel advertised airport shuttles, yet the staff said they didn’t provide that service. Hot water was scarce when many guests stayed. The room looked outdated, the floor was dirty, the curtain was grimy, and the fan was broken. Hallways were dim, so I had to switch lights on myself each time I went outside. There was only one elevator and it moved slowly. Noise from other rooms and the hallway could be heard loudly in my room. The hotel offered nothing luxurious.

The location was perfect right next to a bus drop‑off for coach travelers. Breakfast was decent. The room was spacious.
