The spot was great and the room was very pretty, but we were stuck in the hallway right next to the elevator, so the noise was loud, and the restaurant lady was not friendly at all.

The hotel is very beautiful, facing the paradise sea of Holbox. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is very comfortable. The staff are adorable. The location is ideal, just a 5‑minute walk from the island center. A real little paradise!
