The staff were friendly, but the facilities were outdated.

The location, fridge and microwave were great, and the place was clean even though it felt old; however, the beds were extremely hard and the Wi‑Fi was very weak.

The staff were very nice, though both spoke little English; despite our limited French, we managed fine. The location was outstanding, with a fantastic view of the St‑Lorenz stream from the balcony, and the next morning we were just minutes away from the whale‑watching departure. I didn’t get a reply to my request for a nearby bistro, but that was no problem—tourist spots are a few kilometres away.
