The staff were friendly and the dinner and breakfast were very good. The internal communication among the service team still needs some improvement.

The location is lovely, the room is spacious, and the staff were friendly. In the sauna area, towels were always exhausted every day and the staff had to be reminded daily to restock them; the salad buffet was noticeably better and more abundant during our last stay.

The reception was friendly and pleasant. The location is great.

Breakfast was excellent and offered something for everyone. Dinner was upscale. The room was clean and well equipped. The spa area could use a renovation at least once.
