Hotel Country Club

We couldn’t actually use the pool at that hotel, but they transferred us to Hotel Villa della Rose, which was very nice and good. The food was excellent, there was parking, the location was great and we managed to visit Lucca. It’s a shame we only stayed one day, during which we enjoyed the pool and cocktails. I recommend it for the very attentive and friendly staff and I’ll be back. The only downside was that the pool was unavailable, which was needed in this heat, though they did move us to Hotel Villa della Rose with a pool.

“Great stay!”

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days during our holiday in Tuskany, which is not that frequent according to the staff. Breakfast was great, especially cappuccino made by lovely ladies at the restaurant! The swimming pool was little old style, but that's a huge advantage. It was almost 4 meter deep with a little-hardcore jump pad which our daughter (10) immediately loved! The proximity to Lukka was also advantage. We'll come back next year!. Everything was fine!

The staff’s welcome, the breakfast, and the pool. The décor feels dated.

Great staff, good breakfast and dinner. The air conditioning in the room was almost non‑functional.

We can’t rate this hotel because when we arrived there was no electricity or hot water. They offered us another nearby hotel, but it wasn’t really suitable for our needs with a 2‑year‑old child. Too bad!
