The room was modern, warm, and had double glazing. The underfloor heating didn’t work in the bathroom, and the bathroom sink was missed by the cleaner. They insisted we pay $40 extra to stay with a child even though I had already paid for two adults and a child. The tea and coffee weren’t restocked after the previous guests.

The place was clean, tidy, and warm. We lacked some understanding at first, but we got there in the end.
