“Prima slaapplek om vanaf daar het eiland te verkennen per scooter.”
The accommodation was clean and was tidied daily. We rented a motorbike during our stay, which was very easy—no passport or anything else was required, just payment (200 baht per day). When we got a flat tire, the owner kindly called a mechanic who helped us on the way; the costs were our responsibility. Probably because it was low season, the beach bar/restaurant was closed. That alone wasn’t a big deal, but we were disappointed by how the beach looked: everywhere was littered and the beach bar seemed to have been dusting for years and was completely empty.
