They assigned me a terrible room with no ventilation, room no.101, which was so stuffy I couldn’t breathe at night; without AC I couldn’t stay there. The flush was broken, the dustbins smelled of fluids and cigarette filters. Even the claims made on the booking site were wrong: AC was supposedly included, but they denied it for that badly ventilated room that could suffocate someone. Secondly, the checkout time was listed as 10 am to 0000 hours, yet they asked me to leave by 10 am. This experience was very bad for me and my partner.
