“Terrible, could not sleep more than 5 hours per night”

Only hotel nearby – AC works, bus stop close. The hallway light was broken and flickered, windows had no insulation so you could hear the busy road and smell the security guard’s cigarette until midnight; I had to block it with towels. Curtains were poor and the hotel lighting or daylight would wake you up. The bedsheets kept coming off and the blanket was left in the cupboard, so basically one sheet on the mattress and a small blanket. There was only one roll of toilet paper per room, so longer stays required a request. The door lock didn’t work; I had to block the door with the bedside table. The fridge was noisy and I had to unplug it. Isolation between rooms was extremely poor – I could hear a neighbor snoring and talking on the phone from six rooms away. Overall, the quality was extremely poor, deserving zero stars, not four. Even though these were single rooms, I doubt the rest are better: don’t waste your sleep or money here, I packed my bags as soon as I could.

“Very friendly staff and security no problem”

The hotel was clean, but the view and environment were lacking.

The hotel is terrible, stay away. The door in the room wouldn’t lock, the room was never cleaned, and the toilet smelled of urine all the time. There were parties in other rooms all night. Despite having two babies, we asked for help many times and nobody responded. The staff were extremely rude and indifferent, especially the morning shift woman. We saw old men staying overnight with young women. The environment was not suitable for families or guests with children. This situation needs to be addressed by the authorities.
