I booked the guest house for my parents and sister, and the hosts welcomed us warmly, gave us a local tour, and recommended good, inexpensive places to eat. The host also drove us to Mtskheta in his car and took us to the airport for a small fee. A big plus was the guest house’s proximity to Freedom Square, where most group tours in Tbilisi and the surrounding area start. For its price, it was just average.

I liked the location a lot. The Sololaki center has everything within walking distance, including attractions. The hosts were especially grateful for the welcome wine and grapes, which was nice. Everything was fine.

The location was great, and the hosts were lovely. Nothing really stood out.

Everything was perfect even before we arrived. The directions to the accommodation were precise and we were very well received. We could check in early, and throughout our stay the staff were very attentive, making sure we were comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities listed. If I ever return to Tbilisi, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks to Kristin and her family for the warm hospitality.

The property sits in a historic part of Tbilisi, with an inner courtyard where we could park our car. A friendly girl welcomed us. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a shower with a curtain and a step, which isn’t always found in Georgia. The sink was a bit small. The kitchenette had everything you might need. The bed had new, clean linens. A tip would be to use cotton sheets in the bed so they don’t slip.
