This place ranks among the top five hotels I've visited.

The hotel was very accommodating and met all special requests, with super friendly staff and a very clean, neat environment, though the pool was a bit cool for the kids.

When I arrived, the front desk couldn’t locate my reservation even though I had the confirmation number on my phone, but they eventually managed to give me a room and the stay was great.

The bed and the room were great, but there are too many grounds in the coffee, which is a trivial issue that could be fixed.
