Nearby snorkeling spots and a family‑friendly atmosphere make it a standout coastal retreat.

The rooms are very simple with only the essentials. There can be moments when there is no water. But we don’t come here for comfort, we come for the place. The hotel is on the beach and after 5 minutes of swimming we could swim with plenty of turtles. We saw very beautiful coral and fish. The owner can pick you up in Bohol for about 3500 pesos. One of our favorite spots in the Philippines! And to fully enjoy Pamilacan you have to stay there, so go without hesitation.

The spot is right on the beach, just a few steps from the water, which is awesome. The staff surprised us by cooking a nice meal for our party of 5 without us asking. The area around the property wasn’t kept tidy or organized, but with a bit more effort it could be great.

The location was fantastic and the hosts were both charming and helpful. When the storm rolled in, rain leaked into my room. The bathrooms were almost too basic, lacking proper sinks.
