The hotel restaurant was excellent with great service, but the bed in my room was too hard, feeling like sleeping on the floor (two single mattresses together). The TV remote was taped with masking tape to keep the batteries from falling out, and the shower’s silicone was blocking temperature adjustment (I was in winter, while the city was 40 °C). I had booked for the following week and asked the front desk to cancel, yet the reception staff didn’t bother to ask why; the hotel’s facilities have deteriorated and it feels stuck in the past.

The morning coffee was good, but the shower leaked water into the other compartment because the box is very old.
