I had a very pleasant stay at the Aura Hotel Times Square and felt it offered good value for money, especially given its prime spot in New York’s heart. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout, which really added to the experience. Overall, the location, price, and helpful staff make it a solid choice for anyone wanting a well‑located hotel in New York without paying a premium. The main downside is that the hotel has fairly limited facilities and services. The lifts can also take some time to arrive, and when they do they feel rather cramped.

We really liked the overall space—clean, tidy, the room was cozy, and all the staff were very friendly! I just think it could be a bit cleaner.

Lovely hotel in a superb location. There's nothing to dislike about this hotel
