“View is great. Some staff is excellent. Need more staff to manage guests. Some guests are very rude”

Despite some staff members being exceptionally friendly, the hotel's understaffing led to subpar service, which detracted from the overall experience. Guests felt that the hotel's prices were not justified by the quality of service and amenities. A particularly distressing incident involving a scolding of a young child in a common area highlighted the need for improved guest relations.

This stay at the observatory was truly memorable, thanks to the excellent astronomy knowledge shared by our instructor, Mr. Lo, and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The hands-on experience with Tibetan crafts and jewelry-making was also a highlight of our visit.
