Nagano Tokyu REI Hotel

“An excellent hotel close to the train station”

The location was perfect, the staff were helpful, the room was a good size and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

“駅前で快適にすごせます！”

The bath and toilet area was spacious, and the shower was easy to use with adjustable water flow and temperature. The two windows made the room bright with a nice view. The bed was comfortable and I slept soundly. The partner parking lot seemed far on the map, but since it’s near the station it wasn’t that far, so carrying a lot of luggage wasn’t a problem. A desk with a wall‑mounted mirror would have been more convenient; doing PC work felt a little awkward. The fridge wasn’t as big as I expected and lacked a freezer; I brought ice packs for a road trip, but couldn’t freeze anything at the hotel.

The location is great, right near the station, and there are plenty of food options around.

“Very close to the station, excellent staff, and an excellent breakfast!”

The breakfast was very good and the room came fully equipped with many complimentary items. The staff spoke excellent English and genuinely cared about our well‑being. The room felt a bit small, but since we only stayed one night it didn’t matter. Everything was spotlessly clean and well organized, which really mattered.

“とても快適でお得でした”

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The ice had to be fetched from deep inside the fourth floor.
