The location, room cleanliness, extraordinary breakfast, attention to detail, and the warm welcome provided to guests, with professional handling of requests, are all outstanding. Nothing to complain about.
“Excellent stay at the DOM, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was spacious and clean. Would recommend!!!”
Excellent location near the city center; the room was very modern and roomy. We stayed in a suite, so the balcony outside was nice with a view of the city. Breakfast was also excellent! The elevator is very small.
A clean, modern property in a superb spot for Old Town and the ferry.
“Perfect located city hotel with amazing team”
The hotel is wonderfully situated in the city, and everyone on staff is incredibly friendly and kind! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place whenever you’re in Heraklion. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.
The location is quiet. The mattress is soft and has some sagging in the middle.
